Terms of Service
Pulse · Version 1.0.0 · In force from 2026-09-17
These terms are the agreement between you and Datahase, the company that publishes Datahase Pulse ("the product") at datahase.com. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them.
1. Who the agreement is with
The agreement is between Datahase and the person who creates the account. Where you use the product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization, and the organization is also bound.
2. Who may use the product
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the product if the law that applies to you forbids it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@datahase.com as soon as you think someone else has used it. An organization's owners and administrators decide who can join that organization and what each person can see and do inside it.
4. What you may and may not do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own work and for the work of the organizations you belong to. You may not:
- try to reach data belonging to an organization you are not a member of;
- probe, scan or test the product's security without our written permission;
- use the product to send unsolicited messages;
- copy, resell or rent the product, or build a competing service from it.
5. Your organization's responsibilities
Each organization decides what it records about its own people and its own clients, and is responsible for having a lawful reason to do so. That includes telling its people what the product records about their work, and answering their questions about it.
6. Your data
Everything an organization puts into the product stays its own. You give Datahase only the permission it needs to store, process and show that data in order to run the product for you. The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.
7. Invoices and estimates
The product helps you prepare invoices and estimates. You remain responsible for their contents, including tax, and for your dealings with your own clients.
8. Changes to the product and to these terms
We may change the product. When we change these terms we publish a new version with a new version number and the date it comes into force; the version you agreed to stays on record.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
10. Liability
The product is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Datahase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
